Canada Life Place is an indoor Arena used for sports and entertainment events. This is one of the most popular venues in Canada for hosting events year-round. Canada Life Place is a large Arena with a seating capacity of approximately 9000 visitors. Canada Life Place seating chart with row numbers helps find seats. Construction of the indoor arena began in 2001 and was completed in 2002. It was opened as the John Labatt Centre at the time of opening. It was renamed Budweiser Gardens in 2012 following the naming agreement. It was renamed again in 2024 to Canada Life Place under the new naming rights agreement. It is situated in London, Canada. It has been the home ground of the London Knights Ice Hockey Team since its opening in 2002, and the team competes in the Ontario Hockey League. The team’s home games are hosted at the Canada Life Place Indoor Stadium. It was the home stadium of the London Lightning basketball team.
Canada Life Place is owned by London Civic Centre Corporation and operated by Global Spectrum. It has hosted many notable sporting events and large concerts.
Canada Life Place Seating Capacity
The arena can accommodate 9046 visitors for ice hockey games and 9000 for the End-stage concert. Temporary expansion of the floor is required during the end-stage concert, as the seating section behind the stage is generally unusable. Canada Life Place can hold more than 10000 spectators attending the center stage concert. During theatre mode, the arena’s capacity ranges from 2800 to 3200.

ADA seats remain the same during basketball games, and the seat layout is slightly different inside the Canada Life Place Arena. This layout is particularly useful during basketball games. All the entrances to the stadium are also shown on the layout.
It is also used to host professional wrestling and boxing games. Additional arrangements are made on the floor around the ring to accommodate the additional crowd. During the theatre mode, fewer seats are used, and it can accommodate a maximum of 3200 visitors.

Canada Life Place Best Seats
It can host a variety of events, and the best seats depend on the event. The premium sections between the lower and upper bowl are indicated on the map. It is considered the best area inside the London-based arena. It is among the most expensive seats with great views, luxury services, lounge access, and extra comfort. The red sections are best for most events and are among the most expensive tickets in the general category. The front rows in the red are closed to the floor.
The sections in green are also good for the view and provide an elevated perspective. These are affordable areas, and front-row seats are recommended for the view. It is advisable to avoid the seats in the last rows and in extreme corners inside Canada Life Place. The seats around the performance stage are good during the concerts, and they are the most expensive areas.
Canada Life Place Parking Map
On-site parking is not available at the venue; however, multiple parking lots are within a 10-minute walk to accommodate over 8,000 vehicles. Visitors can arrive at the Canada Life Place via private vehicle without worrying about parking. South Lot at Canada Life Place, Covent Garden Market – Lot #31 and King St. West of Ridout are some of the nearest parking lots. Covent Garden Market parking is available for Club members/premium ticket holders. The City of London parking lot off King Street has 12 ADA spaces and is closest to gates 1 & 2. Prepaid booking is available for most of the events.

Canada Life Place Bag Policy
Clear bags up to 12*12 inches and small clutch bags up to 8*8 inches are allowed inside the arena. Security screening is a must, and oversized bags might be allowed during summer events. $7.50 + HST is the security fee for checking an oversized bag. Medical bags, diaper bags, and baby food are also allowed.
