Road closures and restrictions are common during major events, and visitors can also use public transport to reach the Docklands Stadium. It is well-connected by public transport options. Southern Cross Station is located just outside the stadium within a short walk of 5 minutes. Multiple trams also stop near the stadium. Tram routes are 30, 35, 70, 75, 86, 11, 48, and 96. Taxi services and city buses can also be used to reach the stadium; however, they may be affected by traffic congestion during big events.
