Sharks Stadium is a rugby league stadium in Australia. It is situated in Woolooware; therefore, it is also popularly known as Woolooware rugby ground. It is the home stadium of the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks NRL team. So it is popularly known as Shark Stadium. Home games of the Cronulla Sharks are played at Sharks Stadium during the National Rugby League. Ocean Protect Stadium is the current name of the stadium after the change in naming rights.




The stadium’s original name is Endeavour Field, and its capacity is 15000. The original capacity of the stadium is 22000 and it was reduced to 15000 due to ongoing construction since 2019. The premium seats are also good, though expensive, with hospitality.

Accessibility seats are available at ET Grandstand and Peter Burns Grandstand in Shark Stadium. The wheelchair friendly seats have companion seats adjacent to them, along with a step-free entrance. Accessible toilets, lifts, and other facilities for people with disabilities are located near the seats. Accessible seats at Endeavour field are limited in number and should be pre-booked due to limited availability during High Voltage games.

Parking and How to Reach





Parking is limited at Shark Stadium during big events. The parking is mostly on streets and some event day parking is located near the stadium. Visitors arriving by private vehicle should arrive early to secure the closest parking space. Woolooware Station is situated near the stadium within a walking distance of 10 minutes. Visitors can also use cab services to reach the venue; however, they might get stuck in a traffic jam during major events. Woolooware Station also provides parking for visitors using an Opal card; however, it is limited.

Bag Policy and Security

Small bags are available inside the stadium with essential items like mobile phones and wallets. Big bags and prohibited items are not allowed at Endeavour Field Stadium. The storage facility is not available at the venue during NRL games and other similar events. Visitors are advised to avoid prohibited items, and these can be checked on the official website of the stadium. It is a good idea to carry on the essential items to avoid any delay at the entry gates. Visitors should be prepared for airport-style screening, including metal detectors and X-ray machines.
