The floor sections are good during concerts and similar events. The floor sections near the performance stage are among the most expensive and best areas for concerts. The sections facing the performance stage are good and generally sell out quickly. Avoid seats in the extreme corners or the last rows.

It has 31 spaces for visitors with mobility issues. 25 spaces are available on level-1 for guests with disabilities and 6 on level-2, however, level-2 are only reserved for corporate guests. It has good public transport connectivity. Campo Grande station, on the green and yellow lines, is next to Estádio José Alvalade. Telheiras Station on the green line is another alternative station. Estádio José Alvalade Bag Policy
Only small bags with essential personal items are allowed inside the José Alvalade Stadium. Prohibited items and large bags are generally not allowed inside the stadium. Visitors can bring baby bags, medical bags, and diaper bags, which are permitted with additional screening.
