Construction of the indoor Arena in Miami began on 06 February 1998 and was completed on 31 December 1999. It was opened as American Airlines Arena after the airline purchased the naming rights. It was renamed FTX Arena in 2021 after a new naming-rights agreement. It was briefly renamed Miami-Dade Arena in 2023 before becoming Kaseya Center. Miami-Dade County owns it, and Basketball Properties Ltd. operates it.

The best sections for basketball games are slightly different from those for concerts. The color-coded map helps you choose the best sections at the Kaseya Center, and seats with a good view are generally expensive. The front rows in the pink section are among the best areas to enjoy basketball. Corner seats in the green section and seats behind the basket in the yellow section also offer a good view. The seats in the second ring orange, red, and blue can be chosen, and they are affordable compared to lower-level seats.
The upper-level seats at the Kaseya Center are in blue. They are the most affordable areas. Avoid seats in the last rows and extreme corners because of obstructed views.

Kaseya Center Parking Map
Parking is available at the venue and it can accommodate approximately 1200 vehicles. The P2 garage under the Kaseya Center has a capacity of 1000. P1 VIP garage at the Indoor Stadium provides additional capacity and it is reserved for premium visitors. Several other parking spaces are within a short walk and can accommodate over 7000 vehicles. It is well connected to public transport, and visitors can use the Metromover, which is completely free. Three Metromover stations surround it: Freedom Tower, College/Bayside, and Miami World Center. Freedom Tower was recently upgraded and offers direct access to the Kaseya Center. Visitors can also use MetroRail and MetroBus services.
Kaseya Center Bag Policy
This indoor Aruna in Miami has a strict no-bag policy; however, visitors can bring a small bag under 10″ × 6″ × 2″. Medical bags and baby bags are allowed after the strict security checks. Binbox lockers are available at the Kaseya Center for depositing prohibited items and bags for a fee. Binbox lockers are available at South Plaza above the Gate 7 steps and Adjacent to the Box Office near Gates 4/5.
